FIRST CHALLENGE:  To see what have.  30 minutes to grill up your favorite backyard bites that tell them about yourself.

TO PCK FIRST:  Boby & Michael will have a cook-off.  Bobby won & pick first.

TEAM BOBBY:  Joe, Tuffy, LeeAnn, & Phil.

TEAM MICHAEL:  Carey, Lynnae, Kevin, & Susie.

MAIN CHALLENGE:  Grill your Signature Dish in 1 hour with 1 side dish.  One person from ea. team will be eliminated.

         JUDGING:

TEAM MICHAEL:  Bottom 2:  Carey & Kevin.

TEAM BOBBY:  Bottom 2:  Tuffy & Joe.

ELIMINATED:  Joe & Kevin.


EPISODE #2:  High Steaks                                                               6 Left.

                        Texas-Style



MENTOR CHALLENGE:  Win can trade a cook.  Cook 3-inch Tomahawk Rib Eye in 30 minutes.

                WINNER:  Michael - Pick No-One.


TEXAS BEEF CHALLENGE:  Brisket, Chuck, Rib Eyes, etc.

- In 5 hours Cook at least one cut Texas-Style beef and 1 side.
TWIST:  Must serve the judges a Texas-Mex cuisine Taco dish.  The winner will help in judging the challenge.


       WINNER:  Top 3:  from Bobby - LeeAnn & Phil

                                      from Michael - Lynnae.

JUDGING:  

    TEAM MICHAEL - Bottom 2 - Corey & Lynnae

    TEAM BOBBY - LeeAnn & Tuffy.

ELIMINATED:  Corey & Tuffy.


EPISODE #3:  Wing it.                                           4 Left.

    FINAL FOUR:  Phil, LeeAnn, Susie, & Lynnae.


THE CAPTAIN BBQ CHALLENGE:  Win a Big Advantage - choose the style of BBQ each chef will cook.  Six Styles:  Kansas City, North Carolina, Alabama, Santa Maria, CA., & Memphis.  The judges choose North Carolina in 30 minutes.


         WINNER:  Bobby Flay.


MAIN CHALLENGE:  Bobby picks the style of BBQ in 5 hours.

- LeeAnn - Memphis, Phil - Kansas City, Susie - Santa Maria, CA., & Lynnae - Alabama and 2 sides. with 4 new grills:  Vertical Water Smoker, Ceramic Kamado Grill, Cowboy Fire Pit, and Santa Maria Grill.

NEW TWIST:  Make Chicken Wings in 45 minutes in any style.


               WINNER:  LeeAnn.

BOTTOM:  Phil - too Salty.

      JUDGING OF THE MAIN CHALLENGE:

TEAM BOBBY:  ELIMINATED:  Phil,

TEAM MICHEAL:  ELIMINATED:  Lynnae.


EPISODE #4:  Going Whole Hog.                                             2 Left.

                   The Finale

   LeeAnn vs. Susie.


MAIN CHALLENGE:  Cinder Block Pits.

- The judges will host this challenge while Bobby & Michael become their Sous Chefs.  Prepare a Whole Hog in 8 hours barbecue platter showcasing their skills and 1 side dish.

TWIST:  Whip up a little breakfast in 30 minutes.


                  WINNER:  LeeAnn

ANOTHER TWIST:  Time for Lunch.  Create a lunch dish in 30 minutes.  Can use any protein from the pantry and make your Signature BBQ sandwich.

                 WINNER:  LeeAnn, again.

LAST TWIST:  BBQ Dessert in 30 minutes.

- will be served with the hog.

      JUDGING:
