EPISODE #5:  Competition 'Cue.                                     8 Left.

TEAM BRAWL - Competition 'Cue.  The 4 styles of barbecue:

- Texas-Style Brisket, Carolina-Style Pork, Memphis-Style Ribs, and Kansas City-Style Chicken.

   In 7 hours deliver a platter of each of the classic plus 2 sides dishes.

CAPTAIN CHALLENGE:  Return of the Mac - In 20 minutes make mac and cheese.

     WINNER:  Michael - won the advantage, got to steal a captain for 20 minutes.

       Michael uses his advantage on Bobby.

EPISODE #7:  Seafood Showdown.                                       6 Left.

When one  Chef gets down to 1 cook, then they can STEAL someone from the other team.  Eddie is down to 1 and can steal one cook.  He steals Brittani (Micheal).

CAPTAIN CHALLENGE: Picked by Eddie, Cook the best grilled oyster dish.

        WINNER:  Eddie - won an advantage.

TEAM BRAWL - Choice of 3 Fish:  Octopus, King Crab, and Salmon.

- Eddie picked Octopus at first BUT his advantage can switch, He switched with Michael - King Crabs.  Bobby gets the Salmon.  Cook in 90 minutes.

Bobby gets to pick the next challenge and also, down to one player can STEAL a player from another team.  He DOES NOT steal.

ADVANTAGE CHALLENGE:  Cook your best international barbecue. BUT must include a tortilla in 30 minutes.

ADVANTAGE CHALLENGE:  picked by Eddie.  Classic Remixed.  In 30 minutes, spin a classic dish into a barbecue staple.  Three players will go into the finale.

TEAM BRAWL:  A Whole New 'Cue:  2 hours to Invent an entirely new style of barbecue w/its own signature flavors.

LOSING TEAMS FROM ABOVE:  will have to wait to begin & listen to Carson's tutorial on making his favorite drink, Smoky Rooster.

- Brooke is an extremely hard judge.  She's judging as a chef.

- Carson is judging them as a home cook.

FINAL BRAWL - No Rules:  In 6 hours Make the ultimate barbecue feast but will have some Twists added to the challenge.

BURGER CHALLENGE:  In 20 minutes Make an unbelievable burger and win advantage.

  GUEST JUDGE:  Eddie.

  WINNER:  David - won advantage, can choose the order of judging:  Erica, Ara, David.

LOADED BAKE POTATOE CHALLENGE:  Prepare a loaded baked potato.

    WINNER:  Erica - won the use of Eddie as a sous chef for 30 minutes.
